What we collect

When you use our services as a guest or with an account we collect certain personal data including IP address, device and other similar information from your browser. We use this data to understand where and how our services are being used as well as other purposes described in this privacy policy. We collect the following information from customers for order processing, preventing fraudulent transactions and or marketing:

How we collect

We collect customer information from the customer themselves. We do not collect or sell information from third parties. We do Information we collect are obtained using our following methods:

•  Customer account registration on our Workingwall™ website
•  B2B account application forms
•  Online contact forms
•  Quotation/order requests via email
•  Quotation/order requests via telephone
•  Partial payment information from merchant - we do not hold or store card details


Why we collect

We require this information to ensure understanding your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

•  Order process tracking for more effective processing
•  Internal record keeping for order database and accounting
•  Location information is shared with shipping and logistics companies to fulfil orders
•  Partial payment information to our merchant and to protect against fraudulent transactions. We do not collect card payment details
•  We may use the information to improve our products and services
•  We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided
•  We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests

Without this information we may not be able to deal with customer requests.


Location information

When you use our services, we collect location information. This information is used to ensure accurate shipping and accounting. We also collect IP addresses on website visitors to protect against fraudulent transactions and security.


Transaction Data

We sometimes request and receive information about your transaction history from our Payment Processor in order to process your purchase orders, or rebate and payment history and use it to verify your identity by combining it with information you provide us, based on our legitimate business interest in protecting against fraudulent transactions.


How we store and protect data

The electronic data we hold is collected on site under strict access to ensure minimal risk to data breach and is regularly tested for PCI compliance. Payment information is processed and transferred via encryptions to ensure security against loss or theft through our payment processor. We do not document of store card information. We also store physical documents for order processing containing customer data for manufacture purposes that is kept secure on site for three years before being destroyed.

You can help us to keep your details secure by keeping your account information including usernames and passwords appropriately and not passing these details onto other users as well as ensuring you sign out of your account when you are not using our services and limiting access to your browsers and devices.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.


Right of access

Where permissible, our customers can request more information on the personal data we hold on the individual and request a copy of the personal data. Right of rectification

If you believe that any of your personal data we store is incorrect, incomplete or needs to be updated, you can request or supplement a change to your personal data. Users with website accounts can amend their personal information by login into their account, this may not update our on site database but customers can request this at any time.


Right of erasure

This may effect records of previous orders payed by the individual including artwork and documentation.


Right to withdraw consent
